It depends on what your business needs most right now.
If you're looking to streamline operations, improve team structure, or build scalable systems, a Fractional COO is likely the best fit. If you're running on EOS® (or planning to) and need someone to lead the leadership team, create accountability, and support the Visionary, a Fractional Integrator may be the better choice.Still not sure? Let’s talk—I’ll help you determine what will bring the most traction and clarity to your team.
-
Not at all. If your company runs on EOS® and or partners with a certified Implementer, I can serve as a Fractional Integrator, turning the Visionary’s big ideas and the leadership team’s decisions into clear execution company wide. For businesses not using EOS®, I help strengthen operations, align leadership, and build scalable systems to bring your vision to life.

Most of my clients are growth-stage businesses—typically between $2M–$50M in annual revenue—who need operational clarity, traction, and leadership support without making a full-time hire.
-
I typically work with clients on a quarterly basis, committing a set number of hours each week based on your needs. We'll define clear outcomes, prioritize initiatives, and establish a regular rhythm for meetings and check-ins.

Working with me is equal parts strategy and stability. I bring calm to chaos, clarity to complexity, and traction to ideas. You’ll get a partner who listens deeply, moves quickly, and stays grounded in what matters most: results, accountability, and long-term growth. I’m direct, thoughtful, and always looking a few steps ahead—so you can focus on vision while I focus on making it real.

I work remotely, collaborating seamlessly through video meetings. If you're in the Denver area, onsite sessions may be available. Regardless of location, quarterly onsite meetings can be arranged for strategic planning and alignment.

Directly and respectfully. I’ll tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. I’m kind and direct—never harsh, always honest—and I ask thoughtful questions that help uncover root issues quickly. I value transparency, ownership, and keeping everyone aligned and in the loop. Communication should build trust, not confusion, and I aim to make every conversation clear, constructive, and forward-moving.
